ARRIVALS.
The U.S.S Company’s steamer Ohau arrived from the south on Saturday morning. The U.S.S. Company’s s.s. Australia, from Napier, arrived in rhe roadstead at a late hour on Saturday night. The U.S.S._ Company’s Manapouri, from Melbourne via south, came into port on Sunday morning, bringing—Meedames Williams, Gallia, Taylor, Rebecca (and son). Misses Blackadder, Walker, and McKay, Messrs Stoddart, Bourke, Lysnar, McCredie, Gibbs, Brown (2), Greame, Craill, Prattley, and two Macris. The schooner Waiwera arrived from Auckland via Mercury Bay on Sunday. DEPARTURES. The s.s. Ohau steamed on to Tauranga and Auckland on Saturday morning. The s.s. Australia went on North shortly after arrival ou Saturday night. The s.s. Manapouri resumed her passage north on Sunday, taking—Mr and Mrs Allen, Mr and Miss Anderson, Mrs Moses, Bev. Canon Fox and two children. Messrs Christie Murray, Robertson, and Bolfe. The steamer Fanny left for Napier yesterday morning.

Per Australia—l pci, 5 casks, 9 pkgs. Nelson Bros.; 2 cases, Dickson; 1 J cask whisky, O'Connell; 12 sacks flour, 5 sacks, 2 cases, orders. Per Manapouri—3 pkgs, Townley; 2 pkgs, Kennedy and Evans; 1 box, Pitt and Maguire; 1 case. Clothing Factory ; 2 sacks, W, Morgan; 80 boxes soap, 1 bag seed, 2 bales (ex Hudson), 2 bales paper, 1 case fish, 48 pkgs. 5 eases, orders. TELEGRAPHIC. Post Chalmebs, Saturday. Arrived—s.s. Maori, from Lyttelton. Bluff, Sunday. Arrived—Botomahana, at 2 p.m., from Hobart. Lyttelton, Saturday. Sailed—Barque Martha, for London. Accklasd, Saturday. Arrived—B.M.S. Alameda, at 1.15 p.m., from Sydney. Yesterday. Arrived—Ohau, at 6.30 a.m., and Manapouri, at 11.15 a.m., both from Gisborne. Willington, yesterday. Arrived—B.M.S. Aorangi, at 11.50 a.m., from Plymouth via Hobart, with direct English mail. The schooner Awaroa, from Auckland, is due in the bay at any time. The cutter Venus sails for Auckland thia morning, taking 450 sacks potatoes, shipped by Messrs Clayton and Sawyer.
Yesterday morning the steamer Fanny want alongside the hulk and loaded up with frozen meat for transhipment into a Home steamer at Napier.
