NEW ZEALAND CLOTHING FACTORY. JMPOBTANT NOTICE. Messrs Hellenstein Bros, and Co., Proprietors of the New Zealand Clothing Factory at Dunedin, Invercargill, Gore, Milton, Oamaru, Timaru, Ashburton, Christchurch, Hkitika, Greymouth, Reefton, Westport, Nelson, Wellington, Napier, Hastings, Waipawa, Gisborne, Palmerston North, Wanganui, Hawera, New Plymouth, x Thames, and Auckland, have arranged to float their business into a company, registered under “ The Companies Act 1882.” It is a part of the arrangement that stocks shall be reduced by £50,000 before the 15th of June next. To effect this the managers of the various branches throughout the colony have been instructed, in addition to marking out the goods at low prices, to allow 5 per cent, on all cash sales amounting to £1 and upwards. This excellent opportunity of buying goods should not be overlooked, especially as it is a well-known fact that the Manufaotures of the New Zealand Clothing Factory are superior to anything in the market.
