Reefton, Westport, Nelson, Wellington, Nipier, Hastings, Waipawa, Gisborne, Palmerston North, Wanganui, Hawera, New Plymouth, Thames, and Auckland, have arranged to float their business into a company, registered under “ The Companies Act 1882.” It is a part of the arrangement that stocks shall be reduced by £50,000 before the 15th of June next.
