Messrs Hellenstein Bros, and Co., Propriefors of the New Zealand Clothing Factory at Dunedin, Invercargill, Gore, Milton, Oamaru, Tinuru, Ashburton, Christchurch, H kitika, Greymouth, Reefton, Westport. Nelson, Wellington, Napier, Hastings, Waipawa, Gisborne, Palmerston North, Wanganui, Hawera, New Plymouth, Thames, and Auckland, have arranged to float their business into a company, registered under “ The Companies Act 1882.” It is a part of the arrangement that stocks shall be reduced by £50,000 before the 15th of June next.
