COOK COUNTY COUNCIL. “VTOTICE is hereby given that this Council ’ will proceed by Special Order, on the 20th June, 1890, to make a Special Bate of Osb Pbnnv in Tira Found on all rateable property witbin a special distiict bounded towards the south by the Wairoa Road and he Waihau No. 1 Block, towards the west and north generally by the Hangaroa River, towards the east] by Section 2, Block 12, Hangaroa Survey District, and Section 47, Block XVI, Hangaroa Survey District. The Rate to be current from the Ist day of July, 1890, until the 30th June, 1916, and to is due and payable in two equal instalmen's m the first day of February and the first day f July in each year. The rate is levied for he purpose of providing interest upon a sum of £4BO to be obtained in terms of the Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886, 1889, for tbe purpose of constructing tbe roads in the Hangaroa and Tiniroto Districts. This Special Order will also pledge as security the thirds of deferred payments anil perpetual lease rents of the land fund, accruing due within this Special District.
