Mr Booth, Trost Commissioner, yesterday morning granted certificates to the following deeds :—Transfer from Eawiri Tokutahi to Ellen Mooney, of Kaiti section 325; transfer from Rawiri Tokutahi to A. N. Williams of Kaiti section 825; deed of lease from Hapi Hiuaki and others to D. McLeod and R. Finlay of Kaiti sections 45 and 46. The Miln company concluded 'their Gisborne season on Saturday evening, when a light and laughter provoking programme was put on, though the wooing scene from Bichard 111. gave a piece of eplendid acting on Mr Miln’s part. However the mirthful portion of the programme received the most favor.
