ARRIVALS. The Union 8.8. Company’s Waihora, from Sydney and Auckland, arrivel here on Saturday afternoon. Passengers : Messrs Wright, Newsome, Caselsou, Oxenham, Tarr, Crowe, Staff, and Powell. The U.S.S. Company’s Rotomabana arrived in ths roadstead on Sunday morning from Melbourne via Southern ports, bringing : Mrs Anderson, Misses Hatchings and White, Messrs Muir, Chamberlain, Gibbs, Cuff, Collins. Greenwood, Karaitians, Blair, Greenwood, Murphy, Maidens, and Mattheweon. The New Zealand Shipping Company’s barque Matanra (Captain Martini, which left Napier on Wednesday evening last, came np to an anchorage in the roadstead about 4 o’clock on Sunday afternoon. She will be ready to take in frozen meat about Wednesday next. DEPARTURES. The a s. Waihora went on south on Saturday night, taking—Mesdames Wallis and child, Carroll, and Cowen, Miss Finnucane, Messrs Itutberford, Stubbs, Finn, Orr, Greaves, Hill, Gibbs, and Petersen, The s.s. Rotomabana left for Auckland on Sunday morning. Passengers: Mrs Cook, Messrs Carter, McAlister, J. Burgess, and G. C. Mila troupe (15). IMPOSTS.
