THE REGULATION OF LOCAL ELECTIONS ACT, 1876. f I ’'AKE NOTICE that an Enquiry will be held in the Resident Magistrate’s Court, Gisborne, on TUESDAY, the sth day of August next, at the hour of 11 o’clock in the forenoon, into the polling of the Ratepayers of Waikohu and Ormond Boad Districts, taken on the tenth day of July, 1890, upon a proposal of the Cook County Council to raise a loan of £4500 under “ The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1886,” for the purposa of erecting a cart bridge at Kaiteratabi.
