ATOTICE is hereby given that this Council LX will proceed by Special Orders, on FRIDAY. 12’h September, 1890, to make a Special Rate of owe sixth of a penny in the Pound on all rateable property in the Waikohu and Ormond Road Districts for a period of 26 years, commencing on Ist September, 1890, and ending on 31st August, 1916, for the purpose of providing interest on a Loan of £4500 to ba obtained in terms of the Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886, for the purpose of erecting a bridge at Kaiteratahi.
The Bate to be due and payable on the Ist of March and Ist day of September in each year.
