ARRIVALS. The € B.S. Company’s Southern Cross, from Auckland, arrived here on Thursday fternoon. The U.B.S. Company’s Australia came into port yesterday morning, from Welling ton and Napier. Passengers: Mrs and Mise Flock, Misses McKerzie (2). and Chissel! ; Constable Shultz?, Messrs Fordham, Longland, Bingham, Salmon, Jenkins, Nicol, Prebble, Smith and Ad i ms. The topsail schooner Awaroa (Captain G. Page) arrived in the bay yesterday morning from Auckland, aftei a lengthy passage of nine days. The Awaroa experienced splendid weather till reaching the East Cape, thence southerly winds until arrival as above* DEPARTURES, The p.s. Southern Cross went on to Napier on Thursday niyht. Passengers: Mesdsmcs Gibbs and son, Judges Barton and Von Stunner, Messrs Gibb?, Symons, Tamati, Jones. J. Brown, Montesina, and Ibaia. The s.s. Australia h ft for Auckland at 8 30 yesterday morning. Passengers: Mesdames Price, Streeter, Von Slut mer. and Farmer; Conttables Law, Reddell, and Farmer, Master Farmer, Messrs Wills, Eglos, Price. Hart, Parsons, Parkir.Fon, Waring, Hallos, Rutene, McDonald, Stubb 4 . Clarke, Dobbs, Armstrong, Foster, Good, andßoo’b, Lieutenant-Colonel Porter and son, Dr Innes, Masters Farmer Bnd Price.

The Union Company’s s.p. Waihora, from Sydney and Auckland, arrives in the bay about 1 o’clock tc-morrow (Sunday) afternoon. She leaves for Southern por!s in the racing. ■The schooner Waiapu returned yesterday from Turehau. The schooner Giaborne was to have sailed for coast ports and Auckland last night.
