NOTICE is hereby given that this Council will proceed by Special Orders, on FRIDAY, 12th September, 1890, to make a Special Rate of one sixth of a penny in the Pound on all rateable property in the Waikohu and Ormond Road Districts for a period of 26 years, commencing nn Ist September, 1890, and ending on 31st Aoguet, 1916, for the purpose of providing interest on a Loan of £4500 to be obtained in terms of the Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886, for the purpose of erecting a bridge at Kaiteratahi.
