The Wellington police have decided to prosecute tbe youths who took part in the recant stone-tbrowing.at the Chinaman's hat at the Hatt, wbicb led to the death of tbe young man Smith.
The old Government printing office at Wellington has been destroyed by fire. It contained a large quantity of type, formes, survey department lithographic stores, and other goods. Ths loss amounts to some thousands of pounds.
