COOK COUNTY. “VTOTICE is hereby given that this Council ' proposes to construct a new road to connect the main road through Ruangarehu Block with the Waipaoa Biver, and for that purpose to take the Lands described in the accompanying schedule. The works to be undertaken are Formation and Drains for ihe passage of surface water. Any person who may consider he will bt injuriously affected by such works, or vh. objects to the taking of this land, must stall bis objection in wiiting, and send th, writing to the Office of the Council, Gisborne, ou or before THURSDAY, 27th November 1890. It is also notified that it is the intention of the Cook County Council to close the pres- nt road connecting the Main Road with the Waipaoa Biver at Ruangarehu I and Hl, and to convey to Maraea Morris the portions in Hl in exchange for the new road taken before described, and to convey to Poti Mon is the part in Ruangarehu I, without any consideration. The plans of the road to be closed, and of the new road to be provided, may be seen at the Office of the Council and at the residence of Maraea Morris, Ruangarehu, until the 27th November, IS9O.
