Sailed—Southern Cross, at 6.30 last night, for Gisborne. The Union Company’s coastal steamer Southern Cross is doe in the bay this evening, from Northern ports. After discharging Cargo she proc.cis on to Napier and Wellington. The U S.S, Company’s steamer Monowai, from Sydney and Auckland, is expected to leave the latter port at noon tc—morrow, and should therefore reach here about the time hour on Saturday. The last launch conveying passengers is adverticsd to leave the shore at «. Tbe stesmer Australia is expected to arrive here from the South to-morrow morning. The ..a Wakaupu does not arrive here til Monday morning. She goea on to Auckland sama day.
