COOK COUNTY. TVTOTICE is hereby given that this Council ■I-’ proposes to construct a new road to connect the main road through Ruangarehu Block with the Waipaoa Biver, and for that purpose to take the Lands described in the accompanying schedule. The works to be undertaken are Formation and Drains for the passage of surface water. Any person who may consider he will be injuriously affected by such works, or who objects to the taking of this land, must state 1 his objection in writing, and send the writing to the Office of the Council, Gisborne, on or before THURSDAY, 27th November, 1890.
