ARRIVALS. The Union Company’s coastal steamer Australia came into port on Saturday after noon from Auckland, bringing Mr Taylor. The Union Company’s steamer Tarawera arrived in the bay on Sunday morning, from Melbourne via Southern ports Passengers: Mesdames Pitt and Yonng, Misses Newtown and Lemoij/nan, Messrs Taylor, Combs, Hill, M-Lean, Skelton, Parker, Joy'e and 12 steerage. The Union Company’s steamer Wakatipu came into the bay shortly after 6 o’clock on Sunday evening. Passengers: Mrs Sherratt and son. DEPARTURES. The Australia steamed on to Napier on Saturday evening, taking, Mrs McKenzie, Misses Broderick, Mooloy, and McKenzie: Messrs D. Martin, Bushnell Napthalia, Kenway, Gibbs, F. Skeet, Te Kani Pere, and Bellerby. The s.r. Tarawera left for Auckland on Sunday morning. Passengers : Miss Dyle, Messrs Plummer. Wright, Johnstone, and a number of commercial travellers The as.
