The works to be undertaken are Formatio 11 and Drains for the passage of surface water. Any person who may consider he will be injuriously affected by such works, or who objects to the taking of this land, must state his objection in writing, and send the writing to the Office of the Council, Gisborne, on or before THUBSDAY, 27th November, 1890.
