Ormsby.., 0 10 6 „ Passages, rent of Courthouse, and contingencies. I Note.—-The amount was only an approximate one, as it was not known how long the sittings of the Commission might bo. The expenses are regulated by the duration of the sittings.] Estimate of income under Sections 20 and 27 of "The. Native Land Court Acts Amendment Act, 1889.” £ s. d. The 27th August is the logo day for receiving applications, and, ns the income is dependent upon the number of applications and tho value of the blocks to bo dealt with, it is impossible now to estimate the income for the year. Intending applicants seem to be waiting for the decision of the Supreme Court as to whether the Commissioners have power under section 27 to grant a certificate to oases similar to Tokomaru.]
