"VTOTICE is hereby given that this Council proposes to construct a new road to connect the main road through Buangarehu Block with the Waipaoa Biver, and for that purpose to take the Lande described in the accompanying schedule. Tbe works to be undertaken are Formatioi and Drains for the passage of surface water. Any person who may consider he will b. injuriously affected by such works, or who objects to tbe taking of this land, must sta his objection in wiiting, and send th, writing to tbe Office of the Council, Gisborne, on or before THURSDAY, 27th Novemi r, 1890. It is also notified that it is the intention of the Cook County Council to cloee the present road connecting the Main Road with the Waipaoa River at Buangarehu I and Hl, and to convey to Maraea Morris the portions in Hl in exchange for the new road taken before described, and to convey to Peti Morris the part in Buangarehu I, without any consideration. The plans of the road to be closed, and o* tbe new road to be provided, may be seen at the Office of tbe Council and at the residence of Maraea Morris, Buangarehu, until the 27th November, 1890. Any person who objects to the closing of this Road must state their objections in writing, and send the writing to the Offire of <he Council, Gisborne, on or before that date.
