SHIPPING.

The steamer Australia came iuto the bay at 4.45 yesterday afternoon, from Auckland via East Coa«t ports, bringing—Messrs A. C. Arthur, Sc kes, »ni three O' hers. She went on to Napier last night, Caking—Messis Fergusson, Quinn and son. The steamer Manapouri left Auck’and at 12.30 yesterday afternoon, and shou d reach here about the same hour to day. She goes cnSouth in the evening, the last launch leaving at 4. The Southern Cross and Wairarapa both arrive in the bay from the South early to-morrow morning. The out ward passengers for the big steamer w ll be taken off at 7. and the last boat for the Cross ia at present fixed to leave an hour latar.
