COOK COUNTY. ■VTOTICE is hereby given that this Council ' proposes to construct a new road to connect the main road through Ruangarehu Block with the Waipaoa Bivsr, and for that purpose to take the Lands desoribed in the aooompanying schedule. The works to be undertaken are Formation and Drains for the passage of surface waler. Any person who may consider he will be injuriously affected by such works, or who objects to the taking of this land, must state his objection in willing, and send the writing to the Office of the Council, Gisborne, ou or before THURSDAY, 27ih November, 1890. Plans of the road to be taken may be seen at this Office, or at the residence of Maraea Morris, Ruangarehu. Schedule op Land to be Taken. Area. The plans of the road to be closed, and of the new road to be provided, may be seen at the Office of the Council and at the residence of Maraea Morris, Ruangarehu, until the 27ch November, 1890.
