HAWKE’S BAY ELECTORAL DISTRICT. NOTICE OF POLLING DAY. IN pursuance of “The Regulation of Ejections Act, 1881,” and the Electoral Acts Amendment Ac; 1890, ’ I, William Bkilby, Returning Officer for the E'cctoral District of Hawke's Bay. do hereby gi/e notice that, by virtue of a Writ bearing date the fifth day of November, 1890, undtr the hand of the Clerk of the Writs, an Election will be held for the return of a qualified person to serve as a member for the said Electoral District, and that the Poll, if necessary, will be taken at the several polling-places of the said District on the fifth day of December, 1890. Every person desirous of becoming a candidate must be nominated by not less than two electors of the District, by a nomination paper as prescribed by Section five of the Amendment Act, delivered to the Returning Officer on or before the twenty-seventh day of November, 1890.

EAST COAST ELECTORAL DISTRICT. IN pursuance of " The Regulations of Eleclions Act, 1831,” and “ The Electoral Acts Amendment Act, 1800,*’ I. James Booth, Returning Oilicer for the Electoral District of East Coast, do hereby give notice that by virtue of a Writ bearing date the Sth day of November, 1890, under the hand of the Clerk of Writs, an Election will be held for the return of a qualified person to serve as a member for the said Electoral District; and that a Poll, if necessary, will be taken at the several Polling Places of the said District od the sth day of DECEMBER,S 1890, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Every person desirous of becoming a Candidate must be Nominated by not less than two Electors of the District, by a Nomination Paper as prescribed by Section five of the Amendment Act, delivered to the Returning Officer on or before 12 o’clock Noon of THURSDAY, the 27;h day of November, 1890.
