HAWKE’S BAY ELECTORAL DISTRICT. NOTICE OF POLLING DAY. [N pursuance of “The Regulation of Elections Act, 18S1,” and the Electoral Acts Amendment Ac*. 1890/' I, William Bkili-.y, Returning Officer for the E’ectoral District of Hawke’s Bay, do hereby give notice that, by virtue of a Writ bearing date the fifth day of November, 1890, under the hand of the Clerk of the Writs, an Election will be held for the return of a qualified person to serve as a member for the said Electoral District, and that the Poll, if necessary, will be taken at the several polling-phces of the said District on the tit ch day of December, 1890. Every person desirous of becoming a candidate must be nominated by not less than two electors of the District, by a nomination paper as prescribed by Section five of the Amendment Act, delivered to the Returning Officer on or before the twenty-seventh day of November, IS9O.
