ORMOND JOCKEY CLUB'S ANNUAL RACE MEETING.
The following nominations were received on Monday evening last for the above race meeting*, to be held on New Year's Day Handicap Hurdles—Bit of Blue, Little Joe, Cloth of Gold, Impostor, and Leila. Flying Handicap—Zaccho, Harlequin, Deceiver, Cloth of Gold, Leolure (late Rejected). New Year’s Handicap—Deceiver, Bit of Blue, Bowsprit, Criminal, Privateer, and Maori Boy. Welter Handicap—Harlequin, Privateer, Impostor, Skyscraper, Cloth of Gold, Baby, and Aotearos.

The following nominations have been received for the Hawke's Bay Jockey Club's summer meeting Welter: Blue Moan* tain, Melrose, Kapo, Leo ore, Claude, Pizzaro, Pursestring, Vision, and Queen Rose,— Handicap Hurdles: Darnley, Waterfall, Pizzaro, Tauraekatai, Defsmer, Rings, and Argo.—Summer Handicap : Jet d'Eau.Kapo, Strephon, Lennre, Whisper, Cynisca, Katinka, Aronoel, Kiekie, Seraph, Kotuku, Maid of Lome, and Lullaby. Trial Handicap : Lullaby, Legacy, Swivel, Kupenga, Piscador, Siivermine, Kiekie, Emerald, Lopez, Maid of Grace Darling, and Hukatere. Two-year-Old Handicap: Free Lance, Sabra Thane, Albany, Speargrass Colt, Rosefeldt, Creper, Foul Play, Katie, Fergusson Filly, and Hikourana. Christmas Handicap: Jet d ( Eau, Lullaby, Legacy, Mejidie, Strephon, Maid of Lome, Whisper, Cynisca, Kupenga, Aronoel, Huerfana, Withers, Seraph, Kotuku, and Pursestring.
