ARRIVALS. The Union Company‘3 coastal steamer Australia, from Ea*i Coast ports, arrived here Bt 9 o‘clock yesterday morning. Passengers;—Mrs McDonald, Mr Walker and one Maori. The Union Company's steamer Southern Cross c<me into port at 6 am. yesterday, from Wellington and Napier, biinging:— Mesdamec Gibb and Barton, Judg* Barton and Von Siurmer, Messrs Smart. J 'net*, Pickering, Marshal, Wickham, Jenkins, Fannin, Best, J. Square, and one Maori. DEPARTURES. The cotter Ver.ns ha? sailed for Tologa Bay. She took :—l ton general cargo, Pitt and Maguire; 2 tons grass seed, Loan and Mercantile Agency Company. Toe Southern Cross steamed yesterday afternoon, taking—Captain McLeenan and child. The steamer Australia proceeded on South ytsterday afte n >on, taking —Miss Mclntire. The schooner Opoiiki has cleared at the Customs for Napier. She takes: 15 bds shine, 86 bats wool, 6| bales wool, 4 ca?ks tallow, 226 sheep skins, shipped by the L. and M. A. Co. The steamer Wnihnra did not get away from Auckland till 12.20 p m. yrsterday, and Will therefore not reach here till 2 o'clock this afternoon. Bhe leaves for Melbourne and Hobart via Soo hern porta at 5. The Un-on Company,s steamer Te Kapo arrives in the Bay on Wednesday morning, from Somhern poits. bhe leaves for Auckland, Russell and Sydney s une day.
