Company's steamer Tekapo came into the roadstead shortly after 9 o’clock yesterday morning, bringing Mesdamec Jones, and Trimmer ; Misses White (2), McPhail, Bates, and McCundy, Inspector Kiely, Messrs Watson, Thayer, Prime, Brown, McLennan, Nicoll, Cameron, Fraser, Alexander, Knowles, McKenzie, Fraser, E. Tnart, Chuny, and Skipwworth. DEPARTURES. The steamer Tekapo went on north yesterday, at 7 p.m., taking—Mrs Barton, Mrs Rice and two children, Misses Brins tea and Cix, Messrs Power, Farrell, Dmwiddie, Galloway, and Master E. Moore. IMPORTS. Per Tekapo—3 trusses, 1 range, 2 pkgs, 17 cases jams, 8 cases tea, 3 cases. Common, Shelton and Co; 1 case, Clothing Factory; 5 hhds, 5 barrels, 3 kilds, Dunlop and Bourke; 17 cases, 28 sacks flour, Pitt and Maguire; 6 rolls, 1 pci, P. Barker; 1 case, Morgan; 2 sacks seed, L. and M.A. Co.; 2 pkgs, Wingate, Burns and Co.; 10 sacks oatmeal, Adair; 12 sacks coat Humphreys, 1 pel, Townley; and a quantity of general cargo for various consignees. exports. Per Tekapo—l horse (Pani), Walsh; 632 sacks maize, 15 bides, Common, Shelton and Co.*, 100 sacks maize, Ciaytonand Sawyer. TELEGRAPHIC. Auckland, Tuesday. Arrived — E M.S. Zealandia, at 10.30 p m. last night, from Honolulu, with ’Frisco mail. The Union Company’s steamer Te Anau, from Sydney and Auckland, does not reach bars till Saturday afternoon. The steamer Australia arrives here at day* light to-morrow morning, from Wellington and Napier,
