The Union Company's steamer Wairarapa. from Melbourne via South, arrived in the roadstead at daylight yesterday morning, bringing - Mr and Mrs John Cooper, Mrs R, Cooper, Mrs Fleteher and child, Mrs Gardiner, Mr and Mrs Anderson and infant, Mr and Mrs Kemp, Misses McHardy and Sheppard, Masters Murphy, Plnmden, Davery, and Salmon, Messrs Jack, Manning, Cato, Nelson, Nive. Stevens, Irvine, McMenameu, Durston, Fit igerald, Cooper, Maynassan, and Captain Todd. The new steamer Dingadee, GIO tons register, recently purchased hy the Union Company, came into port on Friday last, from the South. DEPARTURES. The Orawaiti returned South on Friday. The Australia steamed North on Thursday morning, taking Medames Bower and F.ilis. The Dingadee went on to Auckland after discharging cargo. The Southern Cross steamed north on Friday night, taking—Messrs Barrett, Fraser, and one native. The Mararoa resumed her voyage South on Saturday night. Passengers: Mesdames Dickie, Ballantyne, and Bach, Misses Wright and Haache, Messrs Frisdon, Burgess, and Moore. TELEGRAPHIC. Auckland, Sunday. Arrive!— Australia, at 6.30 a.m., from Gisborne. The schooner Gisborne will leave Auckland for Gisborne on or about 3rd January.
