ARRIVALS. The Australia, which arrived from Auck- 1 land on Friday night, brought the following j passengers: Major Rop ta, Messrs J. P. Hooten, J. C- Porter, T. G. McKerrow, G. Clark, J. H. Stubbs, and Walker. The Union Company's steamer Manapouri arrived in the bay shortly after one o’clock on Saturday afternoon, from Sydney, Russell, and Auckland. Passengers: Mesdames Wright, Clayton, Young, and Sadler. Misses Gillies, Gifford, and Newell, Messrs J. Ross, Mnrphy, W. L. Reea, Webb, Allen, Henton, Sanderman, B. Coiebourne, May. Brassey, Murtagh, R Craill, J. Morrow, H. Patterson, G. Cole, P. Benson, W. Wallen, M. Morey, and H. Moran. The Union Company*s steamer Te Anau, from Melbourne via Southern ports, came into the roadstead yesterday morning, bringing—Mesdames Billantyne (and son), Maguire (and two children), Chambers (two children and nurse), Broughton, McLellan, Barry, Wi Pere, Caro, Harris (and family), and McDonald, Misses Paton, Beitson, Lang, McKenny, Renouf, and Brown, Messrs Ranger, Martin, Mackenzie, Me Mor ran, Lockie, Barry, Wi Pe»e, Carroll. Broughton, Proffitt, Churchward, S t e--*nd Gailey, Walt, Pitcher, Hautes, Gem ms, E s uck, and McDonald, Masters Ling, Caro, and Wi Pere (2). DEPARTURES. The Manapouri left for Southern ports at 7.45 p.m. on Saturday, taking — Mrs Harding, Misses Field and Barry, Messrs Bruce, Niccol, and Hoary. The Te Anau resumed her voyage North yesterday morning. Passengers : Mesdames Ormsby, Edwards, Good (and child), Stevens (and child), and Browne, Misses Milner and McKay, M.ssrs Sayer and Browne, Judge Edwards, Colonel Porter, and one native. IMPORTS.
