ARRIVALS. The brigantine Zephyr arrived in the bay shortly after 10 o’clock yesterday m iruing, from Newcastle. She brings a cargo of coalb for Messrs Kennedy and Evans. TELEGRAPHIC. Auckland, Tuesday. Sailed—Southern Grose, at 6.30 p.tn., for Gisborne. Yesterday. Arrived—Hauroto, at 1 a m » from Sydney, with a Brindisi mail. EXPECTED ARRIVALS. The coastal steamer Southern Cross, from Auckland via way ports, should reach Gisborne this evening. The Union Company’s steamer Hauroto, which leaves Auckland at II to-night -ill arrive here early on Saturday morning. She leaves for the Bluff, Melbourne, and Hobart, via Southern ports, at 5. The «,e. Australis leaves for East Coast ports and Auckland at 6 o’clock to-moriow morning. The s.s. Janet Niccol arrives from Dunedin via intermediate ports on Sunday morning. The steamvr Manapouri, from Melbourne, Hobart and South, does not arrive here till Monday.
