An Unfortunate Man.

MR OLSEN’S LES AMPUTATED. At the Gisborne Hospital yesterday Drs Innes and Heale amputated the leg of Mr Olsen, gravedigger, who sustained a serious injury some weeks ago. It was hoped that amputation might be avoided, but the operation proved to be necessary, and was successfully performed.
