CHILIAN REBELLION.
STILL NO SETTLEMENT. It is reported that the Chilian insurgent navy has defeated President Balmaceda's ships off Callao. The will discuss the action of the Chilian troops in entering San Juan. A quantity of munitions of war, which were Intended to be shipped to Valparaiso for the use of the rebels, have been seised by the authorities. France, Brazil, and the United States are continuing their efforts to bring about a peaceful settlement in Chili by means of arbitration, and they are now confident of success, Tht'ee German Warships bays been despatched to Chilian waters.
