The steamer Southern Cross does not reach here till to-morrow evening, from North. Tha P.s. Tarawera arrives frem Auckland At 1 o’clock to morrow afternoon. She leaves for Southern porta and Melbourne in !ha evening. The last launch is fixed to leave the wharf at 5, but there will be another boat going from tha breakwater at 10, should the weather permit. Tha Tyser Company's steamer Balmoral Castle arrived from Sou h on Tuesday night. It is expected that sha will finish loading frozen mutton this afternoon, when Ebe will return South.
