The following items are from the Bullletin :— John M’Eihone favors free-tirade. Stead says that “ if he were God he would turn on hell-fire to thaw the churches." Stead evidently considers the Almighty incompent for the position. Rev. C. F. Aked, of Liverpool, recently described Wales as “ associating with the Duke of Divorce, the M-irquis of Pulling* Horse and the Baronet of Baccarat.” Justice Stephen (Eng.), who has retired because people said he wae mentally decrepit, gets bis full pension of £3500 a year, or £8? a Week.
