ARRIVALS.
The topsail schooner Awaroa arrived from Mercury Bay on Saturday night. The schooner Waiwera, from Mercury Bay, arrived in Gisborne on Saturday Bight. The steamer Te Anau arrived in the bay yesterday morning, from Melbourne via South, bringing — Mxsdames Cooper and McKenzie, Mr and Mrs Wethered, Mr a»d Mrs Barrie, Dobson-Kennedy Co. Messrs Thompson, Burr, Ryan, Wood, Brown, Atkinson, Breaman, Barron, Black, Campbell, Harding, Crawford, Sunderland, Lysnar, Fraser, and nine steerage. The steamer Rotomahana came into port on Saturday afternoon, from Sydney and Auckland. Passengers : Mr and Mrs • J. H. Martin, Mrs Jenkins, Missea Nairn and Parsons, Messrs J. K. Martin, Best, Scott, Martin, Hull, Lee, Johnston, and Poulter. DEPARTURES, The Rotomahana steamed South at 9 o’clock on Saturday night, taking—Mrs Gannon, Miss E. Field, Messrs Neill, Parau, Loomes, Foley, Field, C. Lambert, and Baker. The steamer Te Anau left for Auckland at 11 yesterday morning. Per Australia—lo cases tea, Colebrook; 1 sack oysters, How Chow; 1 sack oysters, Mrs Shaw ; 1 deer, A. Ledger; 1 keg, 5 pkge, Kennedy and Evans; 1 case, 16 pkgs, 1 crate, Adair ; 10 sacks flour, 20 half sacks flour, 3 cases, Farmers’ Association ; 2 pkgs, Adeane ■nd Primrose ; 5 pkgs, Dunlop and Bourke ; 14 oases, Harding. EXPORTS. Per Australia—4o sacks maize, Whitby and Partington. TELEGRAPHIC. Auckland, Sunday, Arrived—Southern Cross, at 2 a’.m., from Gisborne. Bluif, yesterday. Arrived—Tarawera, at 8 a.m„ from Melbourne. The cutter Mana is to load coals at Whangarei for Gisborne. The schooner Gisborne (Captain Page) is loading timber at Auckland for Oamaru, whence she returns to Napier with a load of flour. The new East Coast trading schooner Awanui is expected to reach Auckland today, from Whangaroa. Captain B. Creagh, late of the steamer Ahuriri, Napier, is now master of the brigantine Seabird, of Auckland.
