THE Manager of the Poverty Bay Farmers’ Co-operative Association would re* speotfully direct the attention of all concerned to the advantages to be gained by becoming Shareholders and Patrons of the Association, In the first place all customers have ths advantage of a Cash system, which enables them to make purchases without having to pay for the remissness of “long-winded” customers. The general public thus have a great inducement. Shareholders have the additional inducement that they participate in an annual division of profits, which is made pre rata on the purchases, the largest purchaser having his share based on his purchases, while each shareholder also has the benefit of his capital account according to the number of shares held by him. The Association disposes of all classes of goods n the Produce and Grocery lines, and has the same advantages in buying as the large wholesale houses, as it has the privilege of co-operating with the flourishing Southern Associations.
