HIGH WATER-—SUN RISES AND SETS
ARRIVALS. The steamer Dingadee, from Auckland via way ports, arrived here late on Thursday night, bringing—Messrs Patterson, Campbell, Ormond, Crightoo, and three steerage. The steamer Australia arrived yesterday morning, from Wellington and Napier. Passengers : Mrs Braybrook, Messrs New:on, Cantril!, Levinshon, Willcocks, Simpson, Salmon, Currie, and Low. Tee steamer Te Anau, from Russell and Auckland, arrived in the roadstead st 2.30 yesterday afternoon. Passengers: Miss Gray, Mrs Foster, Mrs Dunlop and child, Messrs Brown, Murray, and one steerage. departures. The Te Anau resumed her voyage South at 9 last night, taking—Misses Hutchinson, Walters, Johnstone, and Morice, Archdeacon Williams, Rev. Canon Fox, Rev. Mr Sinclair, Messrs Lewis (2), Smith, Stuart, Watson, Johnson, and Simpson. The Dingadee steamed on to Napier shortly after midnight oo Thursday, taking—Rev. Mr Gardiner, Messrs L. R?e«, Worgan, Greene, McLorgan, and Arthur (2). The Australia left for Coast ports and Auckland yesterday morning. Passengers: Mr Tutchen and family (3). The schooner Waiwera, Captain Pankow, sailed for Napier via Portland Island, at which place she lands a lady passenger. The schooner Gisborne, Captain Page, sailed yesterday morning for Westport to load coals for Messrs Clayton and Co, IMPORTS Per Te Anau—l sack oysters, 3 cases fruit, Bodd ; 6 pkgs, Whinray ; 1 pkg, 4 perambulators, Townley; 1 pkg, Morgan; 1 sack oysters, DeCosta; 1 case, Lewis ; 1 ease, Loan’and MeroanHle Co, Per Dingadee—4 pkgs. Common, Shelton and Co.; 1 pkg, Bourke; 1 pkg, Foster; 25 eases oranges, Pitt and Davies ; 5 pkgs, Adair; 2 pkgs, Mrs Langer; 2 pkgs, Colebrook ; 1 pkg, Morgan ; 2 pkga, Pettie and Harper. Per Australia—lo cases, 10 pkge, Dunlop and Bourke ; 3 cases, Hall; 31 pkg*, Adair; 33 pkgs, Maguire and Co ; 8 pkgs, Common, Shelton and Co.; 6 pkgs, Clayton and Co, • 8 pkgs, Kennedy and Evans • 12 pkgs, Williams and Kettle ; 10 pkga, Townley. TELEGRAPHIC. Tauranoa, Thursday. Arrived—Ohau, at 9 30 a.m., from Gia* borne. The ketch CanUin is expected to arrive hers at any moment from Timaru, with a cargo of flour for Messrs Danlop and Bourka. The topsail schooner Awarna was yesterday afternoon taking in ballast, and sails for Tairau to-day. Last evening tbs ale&msr M&napourl left Wellington. She calls in at Napier this fore-, noon, arriving here early to-morrow morning. She steams for Auckland, Russell, and Sydney at 8.
