Goods by Rail On and after Monday, 15 th September, general goods will be carried from Hastings to stations Otane to Dannevirke inclusive at the following rates: — To Per ton Otane & Waipawa 21/3 (A, B, C & Di Waipukurau 25/- (A, B, C & D| Hatuma-Matamau and intermediate stations ... 32/6 (A, B& C) Piripiri-Dannevirke and intermediate stations .... 32/6 (A, B, C& D) Special consideration will be extended to customers who send and receive ALL their goods BY RAIL. In such cases, coal, timber, grain, manure, etc., will be carried at special cheap rates. In all other cases the rates quoted above (or class *‘D” when cheaper) will be the minimum for any class of traffic.
