Tn the Napier Court yesterday, before Ah’ A. Al. Mowlem, S.M., on a judgment summons, James Adams was ordered to pay W. J. Cully £79 19s 3d in default two months’ imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended as long as the debtor pays IDs per week. F. Al. Quigley was ordered to pay the Bank of New Zealand £1 19s 2d on December 10.
