THE EASTERN QUESTION. London, December 26tb. All the European Powers were represented, and the Conference agreed to withdraw their ambassadors from Con» stantinople, unless the proposals qf the Conference which have been assented to by the Powers are accepted by the Porte ; the Porte to reply on the 2d!h December. The aspect of affairs is now more pacific as it is expected that the Porte will not reject the proposal of the Conference absoluteiy, but that be will probably meet them with tbe counter proposals. Tbe British Fleet is leaving Bessica Bay because ihe anc iorage is unsafe. The Grand Duke Nicholas is seriously ill. " ' The Cable offices wore not open yester day.
