THE TURCO- RUSSIAN WAR. Lo:s.DOitf, May 17. The head quarters of the Russian army has been transferred to Ployesti. The accounts of the repulse of the Kussian troops at Batoum are sub« stantially confirmed. Russian despatches state that Turkish ironclads bombarded Soukhouin Kaleli, Asia. Desperate battle fought on land, many killed,and wounded. The French Ministry has reigned.
