Ho had boon paying his addresses to hor ond hnd got hor own and hor father's oonsont to tho marriago, but hor brother has reoently objootod to tho alllanoo. Tho girl was unablo to attend Oourt to»day, and tho oaso was romnndod for a nook. Wbstport, July 27. Af2 80 this morning tho Wharf Hotel, Palmorston-stroot. was disoovorod to bo on fire, and dospito tho efforts of tho firo brigado, in loss than an hour it was totally doatroyod, togcthor with tho stock and noarly all tho furnituro.
