A aimilar addition to bo n ade to aection 81, Iri aootion 52 tho word ' made ' to bo substituted for that of ' payable' Tho words 'provided proceedings for tho purposo be commenced within 14 days from that day ' to bo struck out, and tho words ' from the day on which puyable' substituted. In Rection 53 the word ' payable' to bo aubstituted for that of ' due.' Sections 54, C 5, 60 and 57, to bo struck out, and tho following substituted :— ' If any shareholder fails to pay any call duo on tho day whon it is payablo tho company, may at any timo thereafter during which tho cull remains unpaid publish a notico tbreo timos on alternate days in a newspaper published in the chief town of tho County, ren quiring him to pay such call, together with all expenses that may hove been occasioned by reason of such nonpayment.
