Tho Engineer read specifications for maintenance of Courtney's sootion of tho Wealport road, and woro adopted. On tho motion of Mr Bjrno it was deoidod to oill tondors for tho m.iinton* anco, for a period of throo years of that section of Wostport road (lately know a as Courtney's contract.) Tondora to oloso on sth September. Tenders. Tho following fenders woro oponod for tho construction of traolc from Mutikitikft to Lynoh's.

Proposed that plans and specifications bo preparod for four chains of protoctivo work, first by shoot-piling und tho other by stono work, such specifications to bo submitted at tho noxt mooting of tho Council.
