But on July Sth Dr •Bradford and Mrs Brndi'md rcinrnod to tho Colouy, with the view ol submitting to any order which tho Court might mako and yesterday mornitu Dr Bradford nppoured boforo Mr Justice Molesworth in Court, whon Mr Holroyd, on his behalf, said that Dr Bradford was prepared to surrender to tho jurisdiction of tho Court, at tho proper tinie ho should bo prepared to say something in extenuation of tho contempt ot the Court tint hud boen . committed, lli.s Honor replied that nothing could bo done at pivs.mt, except to commit Dr Bradford to tho Molbourno Gaol. Dr Bradford was then taken away in the custody of tho dopnty-sh.-riff.
