We have since hal no communication with Mr Louis Diviea upon the subject, but we con- ! aider it an imperative duty to take the oar'.ieat opportunity of admitting fully and freely tho injustice wo bavo done him. Wo are con«trnined to believe that wo were misled, and wj therefore, frankly, and without, reservation, tender this public apology to Mr DavioH for the publication of the article in question.
