THE MINING COMPANIES ACT.

Tlio Short Tillo of this Act shall be ' Tlio Mining (-ompnnics Act 187'J Amendment Ant, 1878;'' and it slinll bo const mod according to tlio interpretation* provide! in tlio Act next mentioned. Tlio Mining Companies Act, 1872 (hereinafter cnllod ' tlio said Act '), is hereby amended, nnd shall bo ro.ul mid consiruod subject to the alterations and modifications following, that is to say : — VKBD.iL AMENDMENTS. (I.)
