. * [TO THB EBITOB XNANGAHUA TIMES.] Sib,— A short time ago the County Council appointed a Pound-keeper and Pound for fieefton, but op to the present time no step seems to have been taken to give effect to the appointment. Cattle are still allowed to wander through the streets both day and night, to the great annoyance and disturbance, of towns* people. By publishing the above, and so bringing the subjt-ct once more ander the notice of the authorities, you will confer a great benefit upoa many others besides Tours, &0., A DISTUBBED SIUMBEEEE.
