These charges also represent the cost of Conveying Land. Inasmuon as applicants to bring land under the Act, can direct the Certificates of Title to issue in the names of any other persons. Credit for Fees is Given, When desired by the Applicant in all eases where the proprietor applies to have the Kind registered under the Act in his own name, and the fe?s may remain unpaid until land is dealt with. Under the Regulations in force on and after the Ist January, 187 i, the charge for Certificates of Titles issued upon Memoranda of Transfer is reduced to len Mailings in ah cases where the value of the land is under Ten Pounds. r Jhe total cost of executing a mortgage or lease of land, registered under the Ai-i, is Twelve Shillings, uo matter what the amount involved. A mortgage may be transferred or discharged, or a lease trai'slerved or aarreadtrcil for I ive Shillings. THESE OrERATIOJSS INVOLVE NO DELAY. It increases the saleab'e value of land. 7- It tends to lower tte rate o* Merest on loan 9 secured ou iadis. 8. It gives facilities for the sab oi lurge estates in allotu cuts. 9.
