A SPECIAL MEETING of tbe Council will be held at the Coun* cii Chambers, on MONDAY, the 15th day of, MARCH NEXT, at 2.30 p.m. for the purpose of confirming the following resolution : — Moved by Cr. Davies, and seconded by Cr.
