[To thb Editob Jnangahua Tim".s.] Sib,— -It might be suggested that when on any future occasion it is intended to make a raid for the discovery of ilieit spirits, the general public should no' be admitted into a knowledge of such intention— as a matter of fact it was currently known on Saturday morning respecting the projected morement, while the party charged with the mission only reached Keefton in the afternoon.
